The Design/Build Process
Whether you call or email us, your first decision should be to have a GWKB Inc professional visit your home and inspect the space that is to be renovated. At your home, we will interview you to find out what your goals and desires are and to measure all spaces associated with your project. Our design presentation generally takes place within 7 to 10 days business days of our initial home visit depending on the size and scale of the project. Conceptual floor plans, as well as an itemized proposal are presented to you at our showroom. Conceptual floor plans remain the property of GWKB Inc until you decide to move ahead and sign a contract and with our company to further develop your project.
If you are building a new home, make an appointment with us to come into the showroom with your plans and talk about your project. Remember that GWKB Inc doesn't only renovate kitchens! Our design expertise and outstanding craftsmanship extends to any or all rooms in your home, including but not limited to libraries, home theaters, bathrooms and master suites and home offices as well.
After your presentation, the decision to move forward is yours. If you wish you can purchase cabinetry counter tops and appliances at that time.
Contracts are usually signed after the floor plans have been finalized and the cabinetry has been chosen. Some projects require a continuation of the design process and finalizing architectural details associated with the renovation of your home. These decisions are carefully mapped out and placed on time lines so that they can be addressed in a reasonable fashion. You can be assured that GWKB Inc will be with you every step of the way from concept to installation and renovation. Feel free to review our customer testimonials located in this web page.
